How did you carry out your reports before TSi and what problems did you encounter with this method? “Hand written reports, very insufficient and a time consuming process” How many reports do you undertake weekly and how often do you use the system?“ I use the system daily and it takes between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the size of the property” How has TSi improved the way you carry out reports? “It helps me to carry out reports quickly and less time consuming than before” What would you say are the main advantages of TSi? “The Touch Screen inventory system is really helpful and very user friendly”

"I hand wrote them and typed it up later, I had to write it and type it up, so technically I had to write it up twice, and it took longer to handwrite it.” How many reports do you carry out weekly and how often do you use the TSi system? "I carry out 7 or more reports weekly and use the TSi system at least 3 times or more daily” What are your complete turnaround times for reports you undertake on the TSi System? "It varies on the property, normally between 1 - 3 hours” How has TSi improved the way you carry out reports and what are its main advantages? "It is much more efficient and neater and takes a lot less time as well. It is also a lot less time consuming and the report looks more professional.”

How did you carry out your reports before TSi? “I used a digital Dictaphone” What problems did you encounter with this method? “The time to turn reports around was too long” How many reports do you carry out weekly and how often do you use the TSi system? “Depends on the month, but on average 12 reports per week and I use the TSi system all the time” What are your complete turnaround times for reports you undertake on the TSi System? “Straight away, as soon as the report is completed at the property to a maximum of 1 day” How has TSi improved the way you carry out reports and what are its main advantages? “The layout is easy to read, you can incorporate photographs, and it’s easy to go back into reports and make amendments”

 Swift InventoriesThree years ago we were running our inventory services using a voice recording tool. This was a long tedious process which was very time consuming. The inventories usually had a turnaround of 3-7 days. We needed a method to produce high quality professional inventories quickly and concisely, a system that could adapt to the fast growing inventory trade and allow us to take on a higher volume of clients. We chose TSi because when we calculated how quickly we could complete reports and the speed of the service we could provide, the TSi system would prove to be invaluable to us. The system allowed us to reduce our turnaround from weeks to 24 hours. We now carry out on average 30 plus inventories check in/outs weekly and we believe our team of clerks are amongst the most dynamic in the industry. We have an excellent relationship with the IT PROz team. They provide training and support and are always on hand to solve any problems we encounter. TSi tablets enable our clerks to work independently as the tablets can be used as mobile offices. TSi allows our clerks to inter-network their tablets so they can share reports and files over a secure server. It takes us on average 3-7 days to teach new clerks how to use the TSi system, it is a very easy tool to learn and our clerks enjoy using TSi.
